It has come to our attention that a number of you have been rping with members OUTSIDE of the group. Not only can this be confusing for other players, but it can send a bad message to new players who do not understand the rules yet or who want to join. This is not finger-pointing. It is very understandable as to why some of you are confused on who is part of the Archives and who is not because not all of our players have the archives listed or posted somewhere on their pages for everyone to see.
So to clear this all up we have come up with a simple solution. Please, everyone put the Archives on a link or in the description of your page somewhere so that no more confusion will be had. We will individually go through every page to make sure this is done.
Please be aware of the fact that we will not BAN or WARN anyone that does not do this right away. We are aware many of you aren’t always at your computers so we will be posting this notice every day for a FULL WEEK. That is, seven days.
If for some reason you do not post the link we will send you a message. Twice because of tumblr glitching just to make sure it got there. If you do not put the post up on your page within a week of the message we will have you removed from the Archive’s list. That is all, thank you.
